At Buysnackmall.com, we want you to enjoy shopping with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Perishable food products that have been opened or consumed are not eligible for return due to food safety reasons.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially consumed snacks and food products.
Items purchased under clearance, promotional, or discounted sales are non-refundable.
Gift cards or vouchers.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item, defective product).

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during delivery, or if the wrong product was sent.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact our customer service team.

6. Return Shipping
